SUMMARY:One-day course: Intermediate methods in pharmacoepidemiology
DESCRIPTION:The Danish Society for Pharmacoepidemiology is offering a one-day course on “Intermediate Methods in Pharmacoepidemiology”\, on November 4th\, 2021. The course is held online and is free of charge for DSFE members. The course focuses on ways to control for confounding including use of propensity scores\, through active comparator new user designs\, self-controlled design and the use of instrumental variable analysis. The course will close with a lecture on validation methods.
