DSFE Annual Meeting 2025 – Bridging Academia and Industry

Venue: Dialogen, University of Southern Denmark, Odense

Abstract submission deadline: September 15, 2025
Registration closes: October 15, 2025

This year’s annual meeting will take place on October 27, 2025, and will explore the theme “Bridging Academia and Industry.” The meeting will bring together researchers from across the field of pharmacoepidemiology to discuss shared challenges and explore how collaboration between academic and industry partners can advance the generation and use of real-world evidence

The program will feature invited talks, oral abstract sessions, a poster exhibition, and ample time for discussion and networking. As always, we encourage you to submit your research for presentation. Abstracts will be featured as oral presentations or part of a moderated poster walk.

Guidelines for abstract submission
Abstracts should be ≤300 words and include the sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Abstracts must be written in English and may include one table or figure (legend not included in word count).

Submit abstracts to info@dsfe.dk no later than September 15, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by October 1, 2025.

Participation is free for DSFE members and 500 DKK for non-members.
